Our Story
At Katy’s Cleaning Crew was founded in the late 90’s by the Hernandez family in Nashville, Tennessee. Katy knew that there was a need in the community for a trustworthy cleaning company and decided to meet that need alongside her husband, German.
What started as a local family business has grown into a family of cleaning businesses that continue to proudly serve Nashville and its surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide custom cleaning solutions to our clients because we care about their individual needs. Every client relationship is important to us, and we strive to go above and beyond our client needs.

We are committed to providing excellent cleaning services every time. If you aren’t satisfied with your cleaning, contact your Customer Manager and we will make it right! We will send someone to your home or business to make things right within 1 business day.

We do not fix or look into any plumbing, electrical wiring or any type of home or business repairs as we are not a home repair business. Additionally, we cannot remove any heavy mold. In cases where heavy mold is found in the business or home, we will advise the client of this. We also do not remove or take away any trash from the property.
