During a Rush cleaning, we pick up any objects in the walking space, remove any trash, restock any materials as needed, remove heavy wood shavings, drywall, mud, rocks sticks and standing water as needed. We also install protective cardboard or plastic on floors or carpet as needed at an additional fee. We pick up debris and trash around the inside and surrounding areas of the job site. We can remove trash from the job site at an additional cost. We are not authorized to fix anything on the job site or to help any tradesman as we are not insured for anything else but cleaning.

Our Final Cleaning is a very detailed cleaning from top to bottom. Our goal is to get the space ready to move in. We remove all the dust from the construction phase and we pair it with a deep cleaning. We do request that the area for final cleaning must be vacant at time of cleaning so we can truly give you the best cleaning possible. For this type of cleaning, we need to be the last crew on site with no additional tradesmen coming in and out of the work area. We cannot be held responsible for an incomplete cleaning job if there are other tradesmen still working in the same area we are cleaning. If we need to return to re-clean due to ongoing work, the client will be billed an additional cost.

For our Special Cleaning, we charge 150 dollars for any job under one hour with a two person minimum. Anything over one hour will be billed an additional 65 dollars per hour. Our time with you will start once we have received some type of order or instruction on the job site and stop once we have left the job site. We cannot move any objects over 40 lbs, or fix electrical/plumbing or make any kind of repairs. We cannot do any heavy mold removal as this is the job for a mold specialist.
